Tammy C. Otarodi
Of Counsel
Tammy started her legal career working on a multi million dollar environmental civil litigation case determining liability for clean up of hazardous oil contamination. Subsequently, Tammy was fortunate to spend the past several years working at a nationally recognized Plaintiffs’ firm advocating for those who fell victim to asbestos exposure, environmental toxic exposure, and medical negligence. Her passion has always been to fight for those individuals who have been wronged by the actions of corporations or negligent parties. Through her tenacious advocacy in the courtroom and in mediation, Tammy has successfully written and argued motions and recovered millions of dollars in compensation for her clients.
Tammy was born and raised in Southern California. Staying close to home, she obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine and her Juris Doctorate from Whittier School of Law in Costa Mesa, California. While in law school, Tammy was heavily involved in the Public Interest Law Foundation and the Environmental Law Society. She is a huge supporter of animal and environmental rights and volunteers in both as often as she can. However, her favorite pastime activities usually revolve around enjoying every moment of her baby boy’s milestones and spending quality time with her husband.
