Justin R. Heim
Justin is the firm’s founder and namesake. He founded the firm after years of working as a trial attorney at a national litigation firm that fought for individuals who battled fatal cancers or had fallen victim to the disastrous consequences of defective pharmaceutical medications. Throughout his tenure, Justin never backed down from any adversary. He regularly took on the likes of companies such as Ford Motor Company, CBS/Westinghouse, Bristol Myers Squibb, and battled in trial against corporations like John Deere.
Tammy C. Barcenilla
Tammy started her legal career working on a multi million dollar environmental civil litigation case determining liability for clean up of hazardous oil contamination. Subsequently, Tammy was fortunate to spend the past several years working at a nationally recognized Plaintiffs’ firm advocating for those who fell victim to asbestos exposure, environmental toxic exposure, and medical negligence. Her passion has always been to fight for those individuals who have been wronged by the actions of corporations or negligent parties.
